Resistance-training prescription, adequate protein (1.2–1.6 g/kg), and creatine. Consider CJC/ipamorelin or MK-677 (physician-supervised) in patients losing lean mass rapidly.
Handle GI and adherence
BPC-157 for GI tolerance, glutamine, and slow titration. Track waist circumference and body composition, not just weight, every 6–8 weeks.
