Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not directed to patients or consumers seeking treatment.

2. No Medical Advice

Content on the Site — including product overviews, protocols, publications, AI-generated materials, and third-party references — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability, safety, efficacy, and regulatory status of any product, protocol, or technique before use in your practice.

3. Regulatory Status of Biologics and Devices

Certain biologic products and devices referenced on the Site may be available only for specific indications, may be classified as HCT/Ps, 361 tissue products, investigational products, or subject to state and federal regulations, including FDA and CMS requirements. 6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site links to third-party sites and resources, including PeptideProtocols.ai and PepEdHub. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party resources is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with other users' access.

7a. Prohibition on Scraping and Automated Access

Except for search-engine and AI crawlers explicitly permitted in our robots.txt, and only to the extent they honor that file, you (and any tool, agent, script, or service acting on your behalf) are expressly prohibited from:

• Scraping, crawling, spidering, harvesting, indexing, mirroring, or otherwise extracting, copying, or collecting any content, data, code, images, metadata, or other materials from the Site — whether manually or by any automated, programmatic, or algorithmic means (including bots, headless browsers, scrapers, or browser-automation frameworks such as Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, or similar);
• Using the Site or its content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, ground, retrieve for, or otherwise develop any machine-learning model, large language model, embedding, dataset, or AI system, except by crawlers permitted in robots.txt and only for the purposes disclosed in their published documentation;
• Bypassing, disabling, or circumventing any rate limit, CAPTCHA, bot-detection, access control, authentication, or other technical measure we use to protect the Site;
• Accessing the Site through cached copies, proxies, VPNs, residential IP networks, or other means intended to evade our access controls or disguise automated traffic as human;
• Reselling, republishing, redistributing, or making the Site's content available to any third party, in bulk or as a derivative dataset, without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to detect, block, throttle, challenge, or permanently ban any traffic we reasonably believe violates this Section, without notice. Violations may also result in civil liability under applicable computer-fraud, trespass-to-chattels, copyright, contract, and unfair-competition laws, and referral to law enforcement. Any unauthorized access constitutes exceeding authorized access for purposes of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and analogous state statutes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DRS from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
