EndoLift® — Minimally Invasive Laser Lifting
A 1470 nm diode endo-laser that tightens skin, remodels collagen, and reduces localized fat — no incisions, no sutures, minimal downtime.
What is EndoLift®?
EndoLift® is a minimally invasive endo-laser procedure that uses a micro-optical fiber (roughly the diameter of a hair) delivered through a fine needle just under the skin. The fiber emits controlled 1470 nm diode laser energy that is preferentially absorbed by water and fat, producing immediate tissue retraction and long-term neocollagenesis without incisions or sutures.
How EndoLift® works
- Photothermal action on the deep dermis stimulates new collagen and elastin production.
- Selective micro-coagulation of the fibrous septae lifts and tightens sagging tissue.
- Targeted energy melts small pockets of localized adipose tissue for contour refinement.
- All performed under topical or local anesthesia — no general anesthesia required.
Indications
EndoLift® is used for lower face, jawline, jowls, submental fullness ("double chin"), neck, nasolabial folds, upper arms ("bat wings"), inner thighs, knees, and abdomen — wherever mild to moderate skin laxity and localized fat coexist.
Recovery & results
Most patients return to normal activity within 24 to 72 hours. Bruising and mild swelling typically resolve in one to two weeks. Skin tightening and lifting continue to improve for 3 to 6 months as new collagen matures.
Frequently asked questions
What is EndoLift®?
EndoLift® is a minimally invasive laser lifting procedure that uses a micro-optical fiber inserted just under the skin. The 1470 nm diode laser stimulates collagen remodeling, tightens tissue, and reduces small pockets of localized fat — without incisions, sutures, or general anesthesia.
What areas can EndoLift® treat?
EndoLift® is commonly used for the lower face, jawline, jowls, submental (double chin) area, neck, upper arms, inner thighs, knees, and abdomen. It is well suited for patients with mild to moderate laxity who want lifting and contouring without surgery.
How long does an EndoLift® treatment take?
Most sessions take 20 to 45 minutes depending on the treated area. Only topical or local anesthesia is required, and most patients return to normal activities within 24 to 72 hours.
When will I see results from EndoLift®?
Initial tightening is visible within a few weeks. Neocollagenesis continues for 3 to 6 months, and final results are typically evaluated at the 3-month mark.
Is EndoLift® safe?
EndoLift® has a well-documented safety profile when performed by trained clinicians. It is CE-marked in Europe and has been used in tens of thousands of patients. Bruising, swelling, and mild tenderness are the most common temporary side effects.
